🌿 Mindful Mondays: Your New Start Begins Now 🌿

Family, today is your reset button. Wednesday is October 1st, and instead of waiting until January, I need you to claim this as YOUR New Year!! No more holding back, no more waiting for the “perfect time.” Today is the perfect time.


Here’s your challenge for this week:


✨ Save smarter — Put aside $20 out of every $100 you receive.

✨ Nurture your spirit — Go to church, read your Bible, pray more, and get closer to God.

✨ Strengthen your body — Hit the gym, stretch daily, and reduce your screen time.

✨ Feed yourself well — Eat at least one fruit every single day.

✨ Elevate your relationships — If you’re stuck in a situationship, it’s time to let go. If you have a partner, look them in the eye and promise to do better.

✨ Step into purpose — Start that business you’ve been dreaming about, write down every goal you’ve been holding back on, and make a plan to do it.


EXECUTE. Stop waiting for motivation—create discipline. Stop waiting for someone to save you—save yourself. This is your “New Year,” and it starts with YOU deciding that your old life just isn’t good enough anymore.
